Are you a hiring manager? Currently in the job hunt…or considering it? Responsible for supporting recruitment communications? The May PPRS meeting will have something for everyone!
The pandemic has changed nearly everything we know about the job market and recruitment. For example, employment gaps or job-hopping used to be viewed as red flags, requests about hybrid or remote work need approval up the chain of command, and some applications requested salary history. All three of these can now be considered outdated practices.
With a hot job market and responsibility for communicating with current and potential employees, PPRS members can come to the May lunch event and learn about the post-COVID paradigm shifts from both the job seeker and HR professional perspectives! Panelists will also share job-searching and networking tips for those who are seeking or considering new employment.
