Christina Merriweather is a speaker, workshop developer/facilitator, writer, education advocate, coach, and champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and has spent the majority of her career in higher education and workforce development advocating for closing the opportunity gap for people of color in the workforce. In 2017, she founded her company, 20/30 Enterprises, LLC. and created The Life Designer brand to provide coaching, tools, and other resources to help moms navigate the intersection of motherhood and the demands of building a career.
She channels nearly 15 years of experience in personal and professional development, public speaking and workshop facilitation to deliver passionate and inspiring keynote speeches and engaging, thought-provoking workshops to youth, college students, and professionals around issues of DE&I, education advocacy, career advancement, and entrepreneurship. Christina lives in the New York Metropolitan area with her husband and daughter.
