This presentation walks through the practical steps to create a podcast from scratch, from shaping your concept and defining your audience to producing, publishing, and promoting each episode.
Participants will learn how to develop a strong podcast identity, plan compelling content, select the right equipment and software, and build a sustainable production workflow. The session will also explore strategies for interviewing guests, maintaining consistent quality, and growing an audience through smart distribution and promotion.
