This April, PPRS will take an inside look as we discuss the ever-important topic of internal communications. As we all know, well-informed and engaged employees are our best company ambassadors – an often unsung component of strategic public relations planning.
We are in a unique position as PR professionals and communicators. Specifically, we are tasked with using our skills to implement effective communications both externally, fulfilling our professional duties – and internally, to build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Join us on April 27 as we hear from two experts on internal communications, from various walks of life. Bernadette Lauer of Harley-Davidson Motor Company will speak about how to communicate effectively with a unionized workforce during challenging times and Dr. Tamara Gillis of Elizabethtown College will share her experience with internal communication trends and practices that keep employees engaged.
